
How to bring back your work fulfillment
Most of us, we have moments when we (partially) lose our work enthusiasm. The reasons can be diverse:
- We are overly tired
- Work became a routine
- We've worked hard to get a promotion and when we have it, it turns out to be different than what we've expected
- We are disappointed by a reaction of our boss or a colleague
- We felt unseen and not appreciated
- Currently there are no interesting work tasks or activities
- ….
Whatever the reason is, the result is that our drive and motivation disappear. Our energy goes down. We don't feel fulfilled. Our ideas and creativity dry up. Our work becomes dull. A feeling that we are wasting our time emerges. Our personal life gets affected as well.
Of course, we can "escape" by changing our job, but our demotivation can also reoccur on the new place. Besides, we all know that changing job is a process which brings additional stress and requires a lot of time and effort.
Therefore, it is worth checking if our dissatisfaction is only a temporary state and if we can overcome it without quitting our job.
This training focuses on recognizing the reasons behind our demotivation and how to address them, so that we bring back our work fulfillment. Once we have gone through this process, what we have learned will be a preventive barrier to avoid in the future the state of discontentment to settle in.
